LOCKOUTS: Please call 518-365-4419. If after normal business hours (M-F 9 am to 5 pm) there will be a charge of $50.00 to $75.00 due at the time to gain entrance into the apartment.

CABLE SERVICE/INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS: Please schedule all service calls and/or installations for Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
RENTAL PAYMENTS: Please make all checks payable to: Saratoga Market Center, LLC. Rental payments are to be submitted, through the resident portal or dropped off to the leasing office, on the 1st of the month.
ADDITIONAL KEYS/FOBS: Contact Management for replacement keys. $50.00/fob, $20.00/key, $100.00/building key, $30.00/mailbox keys. Download the Additional Key Request Form.
