Price Chopper Limited "Topping Off" Ceremony

Sonny Bonacio, President of Bonacio Construction speaks as the final steel beam with a tree on top, is hoisted to the sixth story of Market Center, a residential and commercial building on Railroad Place.
Following the ceremony, Sonny Bonacio, Neil Golub, and other city leaders and business people including Assemblyman James Tedisco and City Mayor Scott Johnson, walked across the street to Chianti Restaurant, where a sneek peak of the new Market was shown.
Neil Golub, Price Chopper Chairman and CEO and Bill Sweet, Vice President of Constructon and Engineering, spoke about their new Price Chopper endeavour at Market Center, Price Chopper Limited. "It's very unique for us to build a small 18,000 sq. ft. store in a community like this because it has to meet the needs of the city and meet the needs of the neighborhood. We did a lot of research, and we think we've come up with a model of how we will meet the needs of a big community within a small facility." Neil Golub said.
